Is the vehicle available for delivery on spot on the same day of booking?

Yes, If the Requested vehicle is in Stock can be delivered to the customer on Spot.

Is finance facility available in the showroom ?

Yes, we have our internal Finance Team facilitating the customer in documentation  and assisting in processing of the Loan formalities

If I want to exchange my old car , do I have the option to do the same with my new car?

Yes  our Internal Exchange Team helps you to get the best value for your old car and exchange with the New car , also we help in doing all ownership Transfer Formalities of the old Car as per RTO Norms.

Do I have the option to take a 2nd hand car?

Yes we have our own managed Pre owned Car Showroom assisting Customer in getting the Best Priced car as per his requirement hassle free.

Don’t know driving , can I get support in terms of learning ?

Yes, we have our Internal  Maruti Driving school for Customers who are First time learners , the Facility is  open for our  Internal as well as External  customers against a Cost .

Can I get the benefit of getting my car serviced 365 days in year?

Yes, we have our 2 state of the Art service set up  in Bhubaneswar and 1 in Paradeep and 1 in Puri assisting every customer to get his service done as per his convenience 365 days in a year .

Do I have the facility of getting a test drive of my car I want to purchase?

Yes, we had Test drive Vehicles for all the models which is been offered to every single interested  Prospect to have a in depth  look and feel  of the Interested model .

Is there any warranty part covered under Maruti Scheme?

Yes, we cover warranty for 40000 kms as Co Policy . However for the customer interested to enjoy the additional benefit  can opt for extended warranty for 3rd and 4th year additional cost at which covers your car for total 80000 kms.

What in case if I have any querry post delivery of my car on Registration or insurance or any related factors ?

We had our full fledged trained Customer care Team available for your support all 7 days in Business hours to take care of any post sales support issues or any information in relation to registration , Insurance etc.
